近10年灸法病谱与适宜病症的文献计量研究

摘　　要：目的:分析近10年单独应用灸法治疗病症的临床研究论文,探讨灸法病谱及适宜病症。方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library 2011年10月1日至2021年10月31日收录的单独应用灸法治疗病症的临床研究论文,建立信息数据库,对其进行整理、归纳、分析、总结,得到灸法病谱及适宜病症。结果:共纳入论文1822篇。近10年灸法的临床应用涉及骨科、消化科、妇产科、免疫科等19个临床类别,共包含197种病症。骨科论文数量和病症种类最多,其次是消化科、妇产科。经筛选获得灸法适宜病症28种,其中一级适宜病症9种。共有1804篇论文明确使用了艾灸的灸治方法,18篇论文使用了非艾灸的灸治方法。其中艾条灸使用频率最高。结论:近10年单独应用灸法治疗的病症有197种,骨科病症种类最多,以骨科和免疫科的一级适宜病症种类居多;施灸方法以艾条灸应用最多。后续应采用多学科交叉的技术与方法,深入开展灸材、灸温、灸量的标准化研究,规范灸法的临床应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical papers on the treatment of moxibustion in the recent 10 years and discuss the relevant disease spectrum and indications.Methods:CNKI,CCD,CSPD,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library were searched for the clinical papers on moxibustion from October 1 st,2011 to October 31 st,2021,for the establishment of an information database.After collation,sorting,analysis,and summary,the disease spectrum of moxibustion and indications for treatment were obtained.Results:A total of 1822 papers were included.The clinical application of moxibustion in the past decade covered 19 clinical categories,including orthopedics,gastroenterology,obstetrics,gynecology,and immunology,with 197 diseases involved.Orthopedics had the largest number of papers and diseases under investigation,followed by gastroenterology,obstetrics,and gynecology.After screening,28 types of indications of moxibustion were obtained,involving nine first-level ones.A total of 1804 papers explicitly clarified the use of moxibustion to treat the diseases,while 18 papers used non-moxibustion therapies.Moxibustion with moxa sticks was the most frequently used.Conclusion:As revealed by results,197 types of diseases were treated by moxibustion alone in the past decade,and the number of orthopedic diseases was the largest.The first-level indications were abundant in orthopedics and immunology.Moxibustion with moxa sticks was the most widely used.In the follow-up research,multi-disciplinary techniques and methods should be adopted to carry out in-depth standardized studies on moxibustion materials,moxibustion temperature,and moxibustion quantity to standardize the clinical application of moxibustion.
