摘　　要：乡村是人居环境的重要组成部分,现代人居内涵的丰富使人们对乡村住宅的要求不断提高。伴随经济全球化、物联网快速发展及"乡村振兴"持续深入,现代工业化技术正以不同方式与程度介入乡村。本文以专项调查结合理论、方法研究及趋势总结,对工业化与乡村住宅建造的理论关系进行梳理,建立江苏乡村住宅建造各时期技术体系演化及建构逻辑的比较框架。Rural area is an important component of human residential environment.Nowadays,the diversification of modern human lives leads to a constant growth of people’s higher requirements for rural residences.Along with the economic globalization,the rapid development of IoT and the continuous boost of"rural revitalization"projects,new-type industrial technologies are involved into rural areas in various means.Based on special investigation and summary of theories,methods and trends,this paper clarifies the theoretical relationship between industrialization and rural residence construction,and establishes a comparative framework of technical system evolution and construction logic of Jiangsu rural residence in each period.
