摘  要:建立川贝母药材中无机元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析方法,并对不同基源川贝母药材中的无机元素进行分析与评价.采用微波消解样品,ICP-MS法同时测定6个基源共计80批川贝母中21种无机元素的含量,并用SPSS 25.0对数据进行主成分分析(PCA)及相关性分析.结果表明,不同基源川贝母药材中无机元素种类组成无差异,但含量差异较大,K、Ca、Fe、Al、Na的含量较高;仅有一批太白贝母中的Cu含量超标,其余均低于限定标准.主成分分析选出6个主因子,得出K、Al、Mo、B、Al、Fe、Pb、Se、Mn、Cd、Cr、Na是川贝母药材的特征无机元素.To establish a method for simultaneous analysis on the inorganic elements in Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae (BFC) by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) and compare the inorganic elements in BFC among 6 species, ICP-MS was applied to determine 21 kinds of inorganic elements in 80 batches of samples digested by the microwave. The data of correlations and principal components were analyzed with SPSS 25.0. The types of inorganic elements in BFC from different species were very similar, while the content varied greatly. Among them, K, Ca, Fe, Al and Na were abundant. The content of Cu in one batch of F. taipaiensis exceeded standards. Six main factors were selected by principal component analysis(PCA). The PCA results showed that K, Al, Mo, B, Al, Fe, Pb, Se, Mn, Cd, Cr and Na were the characteristic elements in BFC.
