邓旭光教授中医治愈肺癌脑转移1例

摘　　要：肺癌在我国发病率占首位,且肺癌发病隐蔽,故一经发现大多是中晚期,西医可以放疗、化疗和手术治疗等多种手段,但副作用大;配合中医药治疗,能够改善患者的不适症状,提高患者的治愈成功率,增强患者的身体健康,从而达到"减毒增效"的良好效果。现简要介绍邓旭光教授以袪痰化瘀通腑、益气护阴法成功治愈1例肺癌脑转移患者的临床经验,以拓展临床医师的辨证思维和治疗思路。The incidence rate of lung cancer has the highest in China.Now city people have an annual physical.Examination every year.Because of CT,small pulmonary nodules can be found early in physical examination.However,there is no awareness of physical examination in rural areas and no physical examination projects are carried out,The incidence of lung cancer is hidden,Patients go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment only when they have uncomfortable symptoms.Therefore,once found,most of them are in the middle and late stage.westem medicine can be treated by radiotherapy,chemotherapy and surgery,but these have great side effects.Combining with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,it can improve the discomfort symptoms of patients.the cure success rate of patients and enhance the health of patients,so as to achieve the good effect of“reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency”.This paper briefly introduces Professor Deng Xu-guang’s clinical experience in successfully curing a patient with brain metastasis of lung cancer with the methods of expectorant to remove blood stasis and clear organs,invigorate Qi and protect Yin.So as to expand clinician’s dialectical thinking and treatment ideas.
