摘　　要：随着对心力衰竭认识的不断加深,除了主要的肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统以及交感神经系统外,发现了越来越多的与心衰有关的机制,而一氧化氮-可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶-环鸟苷酸途径被认为与心衰有着紧密的关联。本文将简述基于该途径研发的可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶激动剂维利西呱在心力衰竭领域的研究进展,以期为临床合理用药提供帮助。With the understanding deepening of heart failure,in addition to the main renin angiotensin aldosterone system and the sympathetic nervous system,more and more mechanisms related to heart failure have been discovered,and the pathway of nitric oxide-soluble guanylate cyclase-cyclic guanosine monophosphate is believed to be closely related to heart failure.This article briefly described the research progress in soluble guanylate cyclase(sGC)stimulator vericiguat based on this pathway in the field of heart failure with a view to providing help for the clinical rational drug use.
