摘 要:通过2种市政污泥分别和某电厂实际用煤混烧的试验,研究了污泥的种类、含水率、掺烧比例对混烧时NO和SO_(2)排放的影响规律。试验结果表明:2种污泥与煤掺烧所体现的NO和SO_(2)排放特性有所区别,西污泥的NO和SO_(2)排放总量均要高于东污泥。污泥的含水率会影响排放特性,西污泥含水率越高,NO排放相应增加,SO_(2)的排放减小;而东污泥含水率越高,NO的排放会相应的减小,SO_(2)也会减小。随着污泥掺烧比的增加,污泥NO的排放会对应的增加,而对于东污泥的SO_(2)排放,10%的掺混比例能使得SO_(2)排放达到最大。In this paper, the experiments of two kinds of municipal sludge and a typical power coal were carried out, and the effects of the types of sludge, moisture content and mixed proportion of co-combustion on NO and SO_(2)emissions were studied. The experimental results show that the emission characteristics of NO and SO_(2)from co-combustion of two kinds of sludge with coal are different, and the total emission of NO and SO_(2)of the western sludge is higher than that of the eastern sludge. The moisture content of sludge will affect the emission characteristics. The higher the moisture content of western sludge, the higher the NO emission and the lower the SO_(2)emission. However, the higher the moisture content of the eastern sludge, the less NO and SO_(2)will be emitted accordingly. With the increase of sludge ratio, the NO emissions will increase correspondingly, while for the eastern sludge, 10% mixing ratio can make SO_(2)emissions reach the maximum in the experimental case.
