摘 要:储气井是地下压力容器的典型代表,主要的损伤模式为外部腐蚀减薄,防腐蚀手段采用水泥固井,目前储气井固井质量检测的仪器沿用了石油测井中的声波变密度测井仪,其分辨率和检测精度与固定式压力容器检测要求不相适应,因此研发了储气井专用短源距声波固井质量检测仪,并在实验室和实际现场进行应用试验,结果表明短源距固井质量检测仪在纵向分辨率和检测精度上优于石油测井仪器.Gas storage wells are typical representatives of underground pressure vessels.The main damage mode is external corrosion thinning,and the corrosion prevention means are generally well cementation.The cement bond logging instrument in petroleum logging has been used in the cementing quality testing of gas storage wells at present.But its precision and resolution do not meet the requirements of fixed pressure vessel detection.Therefore,a special short-distance acoustic cementing quality detector instrument for gas storage wells has been developed and applied in laboratory and field wells.The results show that the short distance cementing quality detector instrument is superior to the petroleum logging tool in vertical resolution and accuracy.
