摘  要:曳引式电梯在运行中的振动直接影响乘坐的舒适性,甚至安全性,而引起电梯振动的原因形式多样且错综复杂,潜在的故障不易被检测.本文以1部老旧电梯为案例,针对曳引式电梯系统的结构特点,切入其垂直方向的振动异常问题,建立多自由度振动力学模型,并仿真电梯的振动响应信号,提取相应故障信息.对比检验现场利用加速度传感器所检测的电梯振动响应信号,圈定电梯的问题部件,一定程度上避免了现场检验过程中不必要的故障误判及排查.本文相对实际检验仍存在力学模型偏于理想化的不足,更加成熟的振动故障分析有待进一步的研究和探索.The vibration of a traction elevator in its operational process will affect the passenger^comfortableness,and even the safety directly,the causes of which are various and complicated,and some faults are too latent to be detected easily.In this paper,an old elevator was taken as an example.Considering the structural features of a normal traction elevator system and its abnormal vibration in the vertical direction,the multi-freedom vibration dynamics model was built,and the response signals of the vibration in the traction elevator system was emulated to the fetch information for each fault.In order to avoid some miscarriages or redundant checks during the process of the elevator inspection in the field,this paper compared the former information with the vibration signals tested in the fieldwork by an acceleration transducer,and tried to figure out the faulty units of the elevator inspected.Nevertheless,compared with the actual test,the vibration dynamics model is more idealized and the more mature vibration fault analysis still needs further research and exploration.
