摘 要:为了探讨硫酸盐对不同苜蓿品种种子萌发特性的影响,试验以7个抗盐性不同的苜蓿种子(中苜1号、肇东、龙牧801、惊喜、阿迪娜、WL319HQ、龙牧808)为材料,研究在不同浓度(50,100,150,200 mmol/L)Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫下苜蓿种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和芽苗的胚根长、胚芽长、干重、鲜重,采用隶属函数法对7个苜蓿品种的抗硫酸盐能力进行评价。结果表明:随着Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度的增加,苜蓿种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数呈下降趋势,胚根长、胚芽长、干重、鲜重的变化不一,其中200,250 mmol/L Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫对苜蓿种子萌发和芽苗生长的抑制作用最强。利用隶属函数值和权重系数综合评价7个苜蓿品种抗Na_(2)SO_(4)能力,排序为阿迪娜>WL319HQ>龙牧801>惊喜>中苜1号>龙牧808>肇东。说明选择的7个苜蓿品种对Na_(2)SO_(4)的抗性有较大的差异,阿迪娜抗Na_(2)SO_(4)能力最强。In order to explore the effects of sulfate alkali on seed germination characteristics of different alfalfa varieties, seven alfalfa seeds(Zhongmu 1, Zhaodong, Longmu 801,Jingxi, Adina, WL319 HQ, Longmu808) with different salt resistance were used as materials. The germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index of alfalfa seeds and the radicle length, germ length, dry weight and fresh weight of seedlings were studied under different concentrations of Na_(2)SO_(4)stress(50,100,150 and 200 mmol/L). The sulfate resistance of seven alfalfa varieties was evaluated by membership function method. The results showed that with the increase of Na_(2)SO_(4)concentration, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of alfalfa seeds decreased, and the changes of radicle length, germ length, dry weight and fresh weight were different. In the concentration of 200,250 mmol/L Na_(2)SO_(4), the inhibition of alfalfa seed germination and seedling growth were the strongest. The resistance of seven alfalfa varieties to Na_(2)SO_(4)was evaluated by membership function value and weight coefficient. The order was Adina>WL319 HQ>Longmu 801>Jingxi>Zhongmu 1>Longmu 808>Zhaodong. The results indicated that the resistance of 7 selected alfalfa varieties to Na_(2)SO_(4)had great difference, and Adina had the strongest resistance to Na_(2)SO_(4).
