摘  要:为了探究在日粮中添加红参提取液对蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化能力、免疫能力和抗氧化能力的影响,试验将24只(100±5)日龄、体重相近、健康的雄性蓝狐随机分为4组,即对照组和试验低、中、高剂量组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只,对照组仅饲喂基础日粮,试验低、中、高剂量组分别饲喂加有1,2,4 mL红参提取液(浓度为80 mg/mL)的基础日粮,预试期7 d,正试期20 d,采集各组饲料、粪便和血清样本,测定生长性能指标(初始体重、期末体重、增重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比)、营养物质(干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、有机物、钙和磷)表观消化率、血清免疫指标[白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量)]和抗氧化指标[谷胱甘肽(GSH)、一氧化氮(NO)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性]。结果表明:各组间初始体重差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组期末体重、增重和平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组间平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),各试验组料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);其中试验高剂量组期末体重、增重和平均日增重均最高,料重比最低。各组间干物质表观消化率、粗蛋白表观消化率、粗脂肪表观消化率均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验高剂量组有机物表观消化率、钙表观消化率均显著高于对照组和试验低剂量组(P<0.05),与试验中剂量组差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组磷表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但各试验组间差异不显著(P<0.05)。试验中、高剂量组IL-2含量显著高于对照组与试验低剂量组(P<0.05),试验高剂量组IL-6和IgA含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组IgG含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各组间IL-4和IgM含量均差异不显著(P>0.05);其中试验高剂量组IL-2、IL-6和IgA含量最高。各试验组GSH�In order to investigate the effects of adding red ginseng extract in diet on growth performance, nutrient digestion ability, immune ability and antioxidant ability of Alopex lagopus, twenty-four healthy male blue foxes aged about(100±5) days with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 1 blue fox in each replicate, namely control group, experimental low-dose group, experimental medium-dose group and experimental high-dose group. The control group was fed a basal diet, and the low, medium and high dose groups were fed the basal diet containing 1, 2, 4 mL red ginseng extract(the concentration was 80 mg/mL), respectively. The pretrial period lasted for 7 days, and the trial period lasted for 20 days. Feed, feces and serum samples of each group were collected. Growth performance indexes(initial body weight, final body weight, weight gain, average daily gain and feed/gain), nutrient(try matter, crude protein, crude fat, organic matter, calcium and phosphorus)apparent digestibility, serum immune indexes(interleukin 2 [IL-2], interleukin 4 [IL-4], interleukin 6 [IL-6], immunoglobulin M [IgM], immunoglobulin A [IgA], Immunoglobulin G [IgG] content) and antioxidant indexes(glutathione [GSH], nitric oxide [NO] content and catalase[CAT], superoxide dismutase [SOD] vitality), were detected. The results showed that there was no significant difference in initial body weight among all groups(P>0.05). The final body weight, the weight gain and average daily gain of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in average daily feed intake among all groups(P>0.05),and the feed/gain of experimental groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The final body weight, weight gain and average daily gain were the highest in the high-dose group, and the ratio of feed to gain was the lowest.
