摘 要:对比分析了TA1纯钛和TC4钛合金板的氧化皮的形貌、氧化皮厚度、富氧层和硬化层的厚度差异,并讨论了产生差异的原因。发现:TC4疏松多孔的氧化皮结构促进氧传质和加速氧化,导致TC4比TA1氧化皮明显厚;TA1和TC4的富氧层厚度分别为5μm和60μm,且TC4钛合金板氧化皮的多孔结构有利于氧的传质,使TC4具有比TA1更厚的富氧层;富氧层厚度和硬化层厚度基本一致,富氧层中氧原子间隙固溶强化作用促使形成硬化层。The oxide skin morphology and differences of oxide skin thickness,oxygen rich layer and hardened layer thickness between TA1 pure titanium and TC4 titanium alloy plates were analyzed,and the reasons for the differences were discussed.It is found that the loose and porous oxide skin structure of TC4 promotes oxygen mass transfer and accelerates oxidation,resulting in thicker oxide skin of TC4 than that of TA1.The thickness of oxygen rich layer of TA1 and TC4 is 5μm and 60 μm respectively,and the porous structure of the oxide skin of TC4 titanium alloy plate is conducive to oxygen mass transfer,which makes TC4 have a thicker oxygen rich layer than TA1.The thickness of the oxygen rich layer is basically the same as that of the hardened layer,and the interstitial solution strengthening effect of oxygen atoms in the oxygen rich layer promotes the formation of the hardened layer.
