摘 要:为了解决现有的变压边力控制方法达不到精确效果的问题,本文提出了一种基于磁流变弹性体的变压边力控制方法。结合前期的工作得到了变压边力控制曲线,以此作为磁流变弹性体压边圈的控制条件设计了新型的压边圈装置。采用有限元软件对压边圈装置进行了磁场分析,研究了磁流变弹性体压边圈装置的磁场分布及各部分磁场强度的大小。采用圆筒件拉深成型试验,对比研究了普通压边圈和磁流变弹性体压边圈的拉伸效果。结果表明磁流变弹性体压边圈不仅可以有效地抑制拉裂和起皱现象,而且工件的拉深极限也得到提高。In order to solve the problems that the existing control method of variable blank holder force(BHF)can not achieve the precise effect,a BHF control method based on magnetorheological elastomers was proposed.Combined with the previous work,the variable BHF control curve was obtained.Taking it as the control condition of the magnetorheological elastomer blank holder,a new blank holder device was designed.The magnetic field of the blank holder device was analyzed by using the finite element software.The magnetic field distribution and the magnetic field intensity of each part of the magnetorheological elastomer blank holder device were studied.The drawing effect of ordinary blank holder and magnetorheological elastomer blank holder was studied by using the deep drawing experiment of cylindrical part.The results show that the magnetorheological elastomer blank holder can not only effectively restrain the cracking and wrinkling phenomenon,but also improve the drawing limit of the workpiece.
