摘  要:使用锥形量热仪和电缆垂直燃烧实验仪,对配有聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)护套和聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)护套的两种航空含氟树脂电缆的燃烧和垂直火蔓延特性进行了研究。在三个热辐射强度下对航空含氟树脂电缆进行实验,比较分析了热释放速率、质量损失和烟气产生速率三个主要燃烧性能参数的变化规律,并对反应过程进行了分析。实验结果表明,绕包工艺护套比挤出工艺护套在燃烧早期的热释放速率更高;相比之下,FEP护套电缆的燃烧反应更剧烈,更容易受到热影响而产生质量损失和失效。在标准火焰冲击的垂直实验中,FEP护套电缆的碳化高度更大且火蔓延能力更强,而PTFE护套电缆的工作失效更快。同时,采用火势增长指数和烟气参数评估不同热辐射强度下航空含氟树脂电缆的火灾危险性。The cone calorimeter and the cable vertical combustion tester were used to study the combustion and fire spread characteristics of two types of aviation fluororesin cables with PTFE sheath and FEP sheath.Under three type of heat radiation intensities, three main combustion performance parameters, including the changes of heat release rate, mass loss and smoke generation rate of the cables were compared and analyzed, and analyzed the combustion reaction process as well.The resluts manifested that the wrapping process had a higher heat release rate than the extrusion process in the early stage of combustion.The combustion reaction of the FEP sheathed cable was more violent, and it was more likely to be affected by heat to cause quality loss and failure.In the vertical combustion analysis, it was found that the carbonization height of FEP sheathed cables was greater with the stronger fire propagation ability.However, the work failure of PTFE sheathed cables was faster.The fire growth index and smoke parametersare adopted to evaluate the fire hazard of aviation fluororesin cables under different heat radiation intensities.
