摘  要:以合适比例的耐高温多官能团环氧树脂树脂、双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂、增韧剂、双氰胺和有机脲类促进剂为原料制备耐高温环氧树脂,然后采用该树脂与东丽T700碳纤维通过热熔两步法制备预浸料。研究了树脂的固化反应特性、80℃(熔胶温度)下的黏度变化规律、耐热性能和固化物的室温与高温(150℃)力学性能,以及复合材料的耐热性能和室温与高温(150℃)力学性能。结果表明,树脂具有高的耐热性能(T_(g)=242.9℃)、良好的低温稳定性和高温反应性,其力学性能良好,且高温下性能保持率高;复合材料具有高的耐热性能(T_(g)=239.4℃)、良好的力学性能和优异的高温下性能保持率。Epoxy resin(EP)with high temperature resistant was prepared by multifunctional EP with high temperature resistant,bisphenol A(BPA)novolac EP,toughening agent,dicyandiamide and tertiary amine accelerators,using this resin and Toray T700 carbon fiber prepared prepreg by hot-melt method.The resin'scuring reaction characteristics,change of viscosity at 80℃(melting temperature),heat resistance and mechanical properties of the cured product at room temperature and high temperature(150℃),as well as the composite's heat resistance,room temperature and high temperature(150℃)mechanical properties were researched.The results shown that the resin had high heat resistance(T_(g)=242.9℃),good low temperature stability and high temperature reactivity,its mechanical properties were good,and the performance retention rate at high temperature was high.The composite had high heat resistance(T_(g)=239.4℃),good mechanical properties and excellent performance retention rate at high temperature.
