摘  要:以拉伸强度和伸长率为响应值,选取活性稀释剂、反应型增韧剂和固化剂为自变量进行响应面优化试验,并对增韧改性机理进行分析。结果表明:对拉伸强度和伸长率的影响显著性大小依次为反应型增韧剂、活性稀释剂、固化剂,活性稀释剂和反应型增韧剂用量对拉伸强度及伸长率影响具有显著的交互作用。优化制备工艺条件下拉伸弹性变形达到12.9%,体系的柔韧性和变形能力大大提高,拉伸断裂面有大量近似平行分布的水波状条纹,条纹之间存在扩展和相互融合,从而吸收大量能量,提高了树脂体系的韧性。The effects of active diluent, reactive toughening agent and curing agent on the tensile strength and elongation of epoxy resin(EP) grouting material were investigated by response surface design experiment, and analyzed the mechanism of toughening modification.The results showed that the significance of influence on tensile strength as well as elongation was reactive toughening agent, active diluent and curing agent in turn.A significant interaction was observed between reactive toughening agent and active diluent for both the tensile strength and elongation.The tensile elastic deformation of the selected specimen reached 12.9% indicating greatly improved flexibility and deformation capacity.Many wavy streaks were observed approximately in parallel on the tensile fracture surface, and the streaks expanded and integrated with each other, absorbing a lot of energy and improving the toughness of the resin system.
