摘 要:某低温工程采用模块化的结构单元进行绝热保温处理,需采用具有良好耐低温性能与粘接性能的胶粘剂将绝热结构单元进行粘接,选用聚氨酯胶粘材料。通过人工加速老化的方法对所选用的聚氨酯胶粘材料进行加热老化实验,对材料的拉伸强度随老化时间、老化温度等因素的变化及性能退化趋势进行研究分析,并应用阿累尼乌斯图对聚氨酯胶粘材料进行寿命预测。研究结果表明,该材料满足设计所需的寿命要求。A cryogenic engineering used modular structure unit as heat thermal insulation application.It was necessary to use the adhesive with good low temperature resistance and bonding performance for bonding the adiabatic structure unit.A polyurethane(PU) adhesive material was used.The heat aging tests of the material were carried out by the artificial accelerated aging.The variation and performance degradation trend of the material’s tensile strength with aging time and aging temperature were studied and analyzed.The life prediction of the selected type of the material was made by using the Arrhenius diagram.The results shown that it can meet the design life requirements.
