摘 要:选择性催化还原(SCR)技术广泛应用于燃煤电厂锅炉的烟气脱硝过程中,SCR工艺中的核心是高效稳定的催化剂。如何提高SCR催化剂的脱硝效率、稳定性和抗中毒能力,一直是国内外科研人员的研究重点之一。目前钒基催化剂广泛应用于工业生产中,但钒基催化剂具有生物毒性,操作温度高且N_(2)选择性低,因此对环境友好且稳定高效的新型催化剂成为目前脱硝SCR催化剂重要的研究方向之一。重点综述了柱撑蒙脱石催化剂的研究进展,对四类SCR催化剂(贵金属催化剂、分子筛催化剂、金属氧化物催化剂和黏土催化剂)的催化活性、活性组分、抗中毒性能进行了整理总结,并从目前的研究现状出发,展望了SCR催化剂未来可能的发展方向。Selective catalytic reduction(SCR)technology is extensive to used in the process of the removal of NO_(x) in coal-fired power plants,and the highly efficient and stable catalyst is the kernel in SCR process.It has always been one of the research priorities that how to improve the de-NO_(x) efficiency,stability and anti-poisoning ability of the SCR catalyst for domestic and international researchers.Vanadium-based catalysts have been widely using in industry,due to the biotoxicity,high operating temperature and low N_(2) selectivity of vanadium-based catalysts,it has become a new research direction of de-NO_(x) SCR catalysts to develop novel catalysts which is environment-friendly,stable and highly efficient.The research progress of four types of SCR catalyst(noble metal catalysts,zeolite catalysts,metallic oxide catalysts and clay catalysts)were reviewed,among which the emphasis was the research progress of pillared montmorillonite catalysts.Several aspects in this field,including the catalytic activity,active components and anti-poisoning properties of four SCR catalysts were summarized,which the possible development direction of SCR catalyst in the future was prospected by the view of the current research situation.
