摘 要:变压器绕组变形会导致电流过大损坏电气设备,甚至会造成严重的人身安全事故,为此提出基于高斯过程的变压器绕组微小变形监测方法。基于高斯过程提取多次观测变压器绕组经验值,经过多次查看资料统计结果获取误差,清除影响监测结果的奇异值,实现变形监测预处理。利用伏安法将变压器二次侧短接,其中一次侧施加测试电压,生成流经阻抗电流,测试施加于阻抗上的电压和电流,分析变压器短路的阻抗。引入参数辨识法,估算变压器绕组的漏电感参数,把监测辨识参数和变压器出厂时的参数进行对比,当参数值发生偏离较小时,即可认为变压器发生微小变形。通过实验验证,所提监测方法得出三相绕组的一次侧等值电阻以及漏电感存在一定的波动,不过变化的幅度不大,证明上述方法可以实现对变压器绕组微小变形的有效监测。Transformer winding deformation will lead to overload current, which will damage electrical equipment and endanger personal safety. Therefore, the monitoring method of transformer winding micro deformation based on the Gaussian process is reported. According to the Gaussian process, the empirical values of transformer windings observed for many times were extracted. Based on the statistical results, the error was obtained to eliminate the singular value for realizing the preprocessing of deformation monitoring. Based on voltammetry, the transformer was short circuited by the secondary side, in which the primary side applied the test voltage to generate the impedance current, testing the voltage and current applied to the impedance in order to analyze the impedance of the transformer short circuit. The parameter identification method was applied to estimate the leakage inductance parameters of transformer windings. The monitoring and identification parameters were compared with the parameters of the transformer when it left the factory. The difference between the two indicated that the transformer has small deformation. The results show that the primary side equivalent resistance and leakage inductance of three-phase winding have small fluctuation, proving that this method can effectively monitor transformer winding.
