摘 要:目的了解河南省登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为杀虫剂的选择和合理使用提供科学依据。方法选取许昌、洛阳、开封、焦作及濮阳等5个市,在城区不同方位采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,采用浸渍法和成蚊接触桶法测定白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数为20.00~199.22,其中濮阳呈中抗水平,其它监测点均呈高抗水平;对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数为320.00~525.00,均呈高抗水平;对双硫磷的抗性倍数为7.91~12.09,其中,焦作呈中抗水平,其它监测点均呈抵抗水平;对残杀威抗性倍数为0.24~3.32,其中,洛阳呈抵抗水平,其它监测点均呈敏感水平。白纹伊蚊成蚊暴露于马拉硫磷、残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯后,24 h的死亡率分别为86.95%~98.67%、78.57%~88.06%、62.12%~88.06%和74.65%~89.04%。在濮阳监测点白纹伊蚊成蚊对马拉硫磷敏感,其它监测点白纹伊蚊成蚊均对四种杀虫剂呈现不同程度抗药性。结论白纹伊蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂已产生不同程度抗性,对氨基甲酸酯类和有机磷类杀虫剂呈现敏感或可疑抗性。Objective To understand the resistance of Aedes albopictus,the dengue vector,to commonly used insecticides in Henan province,and provide a scientific evidence for the selection and rational use of insecticides.Methods Ae.albopictus larvae were collected from the urban sites with different azimuths in five cities including Xuchang,Luoyang,Kaifeng,Jiaozuo and Puyang in Henan,respectively.Ae.albopictus larvae and adults were tested for resistance by dipping method and contact tube method,respectively.Results The resistance ratio of Ae.albopictus larvae to beta-cypermethrin ranged from 20.00-199.22,Puyang sites showed medium-level resistance,and other monitoring sites showed high-level resistance.The resistance ratio to deltamethrin ranged from 320.00-525.00,and all showed high-level resistance.The resistance ratio to temephos ranged from 7.91-12.09,among which Jiaozuo sites showed medium-level resistance,and all other monitoring sites showed resistance level.The resistance ratio to propoxur ranged from 0.24-3.32,with the resistance level in Luoyang sites and sensitivity level in other monitoring sites.Aedes albopictus adults were exposed to malathion,propoxur,beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin.The24 h mortality rates were 86.95%-98.67%,78.57%-88.06%,62.12%-88.06% and 74.65%-89.04%,respectively.The adult Aedes albopictus from Puyang monitoring sites was sensitive to Malathion,and the adult Aedes albopictus from other monitoring sites showed different degrees of resistance to the four insecticides.Conclusion Aedes albopictus has developed different degrees of resistance to pyrethroid insecticides,and is sensitive or suspicious resistance to carbamate and organophosphorus insecticides.
