摘 要:采用热重分析法研究超声处理对城市污泥热解过程的影响,依据Coats-Redfern积分法和截距相对误差筛选原则对其热解动力学进行分析,确定超声处理污泥热解最概然机制函数和动力学参数,考察超声处理对污泥热解特性及动力学参数的影响。结果表明经超声处理后,污泥热解机制在热解温度300~440℃内由三维扩散发展成为随机成核和随后生长,该区间的表观活化能由18.29 kJ·mol^(-1)提高到26.32 kJ·mol^(-1),频率因子由24.78 min^(-1)提高到2761.62 min^(-1),热解总反应的平均活化能由15.21 kJ·mol^(-1)降低到14.65 kJ·mol^(-1),超声处理加快了污泥热解反应整体的反应速率。The effect of ultrasonic treatment process on pyrolysis reaction kinetics of municipal sludge was studied.On the basis of the Coats-Redfern integral method and relative error intercept screening principle,the pyrolysis kinetics was analyzed,the most probable mechanism function and kinetic parameters of ultrasonic treatment sludge were determined.The effect of ultrasonic pretreatment on the sludge pyrolysis characteristics was investigated.The results show that the sludge pyrolysis mechanism is becoming from three-dimensional diffusion to random nucleation and subsequent growth in the pyrolysis temperature range of 300-440℃.The apparent activation energy in this temperature zone is increased from 18.29 kJ·mol^(-1) to 26.32 kJ·mol^(-1),and pre-exponential factor is increased from 24.78 min^(-1) to 2761.62 min^(-1).The average activation energy of pyrolysis total reaction is decreased from 15.21 kJ·mol^(-1) to 14.65 kJ·mol^(-1).The pyrolysis reaction can be carried out more easily for the sludge after ultrasonic pretreatment.
