摘 要:为了实现环境中低功率射频信号能量收集,设计了一种无线射频能收集系统,该系统主要由天线、倍压整流电路和匹配电路组成。为了提高射频信号能量收集效率,提出了基于二极管的低输入倍压整流系统数学模型;为了实现天线阻抗与倍压整流电路输入阻抗相匹配,采用量子粒子群算法实现了匹配电路参数的优化;在仿真软件对该优化方法进行了仿真试验。实验结果表明,所设计的射频能收集系统,可有效提高射频信号能量收集效率。This paper designs a wireless radio frequency energy harvesting system to harvest the low-power RF signal in the environment.The system is mainly composed of antenna,and voltage doubled rectifier circuit and matching circuit.In order to improve the energy harvesting efficiency of RF signal,a mathematical model of low input voltage doubled rectifier system based on diode is proposed firstly.Moreover,in order to match the antenna impedance with the input impedance of the rectifier,the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to optimize the matching circuit parameters.Finally,the optimization method is tested on the simulation software.The experimental results show that the proposed RF energy harvesting system can improve the collection efficiency of RF signal.
