摘 要:低低温电除尘和电袋除尘是燃煤电厂两种典型的颗粒物超低排放技术。文章综述了低低温电除尘器和电袋除尘器的研究进展,并进行了技术对比。另外,以某660MW机组为例,将低低温电除尘与电袋除尘的烟气净化系统进行经济性比较。结果表明,各烟气工况下满足除尘器出口粉尘浓度低于15mg/m^(3)的设计要求时,低低温电除尘(包括烟冷器和电除尘器)和电袋除尘的一次投资费用分别为10 600万元与8060万元,但低低温电除尘器年运行费用仅为电袋除尘器年运行费用的12%,而且随着运行时间的延长,低低温电除尘器的经济效益将更加显著。LLT-ESP and electrostatic fabric filter are two typical technologies to control ultra-low emission of particulate matters in coal-fired power plants. This paper reviewed their research progress and made a technical comparison. In addition, taking a 660 MW unit as an example, the paper made a technical and economic comparison between them. The results showed that when the dust concentration at the outlet of the precipitator was lower than the design requirement of 15 mg/Nm^(3) under various flue gas working conditions, the primary investment was 106 million Yuan in LLT-ESP(including flue gas cooler and ESP) and 80.6 million Yuan in electrostatic fabric filter respectively, but the annual operating cost of LLT-ESP was only 12% of that of electrostatic fabric filter;with the increase of running time, the economic benefit of LLT-ESP became more significant.
