摘  要:运用文献资料法、访谈法和实地调查法,研究超级马拉松赛事的演变状况、国内外开展情况和积极效益,并提出超马赛事在我国的发展路径。主要结论:最早超级马拉松赛事可追溯到1921南非同志超马赛事,我国超级马拉松的积极效益包括积极响应国家战略,丰富全民健身内容;培养良好的体育习惯,促进身心健康;不断超越自我,实现自我价值;打造城市名片,推动举办地经济效益增长。发展路径为:提升赛事安全保障,办“以跑者为本”的赛事;优化赛事细节,提升运动员参赛体验;强化超马赛事文化内涵,打造特色赛事;大力培育超马社会组织,扩大群众基础;发挥新型媒体宣传效应,打造“体育+旅游”平台。By using the methods of documentation,interview and field investigation,this paper studies the evolution of the Ultramarathon,the development situation at home and abroad and the positive benefits,and puts forward the development path of the Ultramarathon in China.Main conclusions:The earliest Ultramarathon can be traced back to 1921 South African Comrade Ultramarathon.The positive benefits of China's Ultramarathon include actively responding to the national strategy,enriching the content of national fitness;cultivating good sports habits,promoting physical and mental health;constantly surpassing oneself,realizing self-worth;building city business cards,promoting the development of national fitness.The economic benefit of the host area increased.The development paths are as follows:to enhance the safety and security of the event,run a“runner-oriented”event;to optimize the details of the event and enhance the athletes'participation experience;to strengthen the cultural connotation of the ultra-horse event,to create a unique event;to vigorously cultivate the social organization of the ultra-horse event,to expand the mass base;to play a new media publicity effect,to create a“sports+tourism”Platform.
