江苏中小学游泳教学开展的困境及优化策略分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法对江苏中小学游泳教学开展的现状、面临的困境及优化对策进行研究。研究发现,目前江苏省中小学校开展游泳课程面临着游泳基础设施不足,游泳教师的师资力量缺乏,中小学生游泳安全意识薄弱等困境,提出进一步完善游泳场馆设施,提高游泳专业教师的数量和质量,加强学生游泳安全知识教育等对策,旨在为江苏省中小学游泳课程科学开展提供实践参考。The research methods of literature teaching,interview and other research methods are used to study the current situation,dilemmas and optimization strategies of swimming teaching in primary and middle schools in Jiangsu.The study found that the current swimming courses in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu Province are faced with inadequate swimming infrastructure,lack of teachers for swimming teachers,and weak awareness of swimming safety for primary and secondary school students.They propose to further improve swimming pool facilities and increase the number and quality of swimming professional teachers.Strengthen the education of students'swimming safety knowledge and other countermeasures,aiming to provide practical reference for the scientific development of the swimming curriculum in primary and middle schools in Jiangsu Province.
