摘　　要：从工艺、水质、设备材质等方面分析卡萨利氨合成装置水冷换热器多次泄漏的原因,并制定泄漏量监控措施,提出换热管由16Mn更换为S30408的处理措施,从而为生产装置安全、稳定、长周期运行提供必要的保证。This paper analyzes the causes of repeated leakage of water-cooled heat exchanger in Casali ammonia synthesis unit from the aspects of process, water quality and equipment material, formulates leakage monitoring measures, and puts forward treatment measures for replacing heat exchange tube from 16 Mn to S30408, so as to provide the necessary guarantee for the safe, stable and long-term operation of the production plant.
