小断面特长引水隧洞的快速开挖施工技术分析

摘　　要：小断面特长引水隧洞开挖断面较小,线路较长,爆破散烟持续时间长,且施工工序多、干扰大,技术难度大,效率低,工期普遍较长。本文以红卫桥水电站厂区枢纽工程引水隧洞施工为例,介绍了小断面特长引水隧洞的快速开挖施工技术。利用农用车改装自移式钻孔台车,针对不同类别的围岩采用不同的掏槽方式,采用装载机装渣并设置错车道,采用压入式通风并分阶段布置通风设备,加强了各施工工序的有效衔接,减少了各工序作业时间。The excavation section of the small-section super-long diversion tunnel is small,the line is long,the blasting smoke lasts for a long time,and there are many construction procedures,large interference,high techni⁃cal difficulty,low efficiency,and generally long construction period.This paper takes the construction of the di⁃version tunnel of the Hongweiqiao Hydropower Station's pivotal project as an example,and introduces the con⁃struction technology of rapid excavation of the small section and super long diversion tunnel.In the meantime,agricultural vehicles are used to refit self-moving drilling rigs,different cutting methods are adopted for differ⁃ent types of surrounding rocks,slag loading is used by loader,and the wrong lane is set,and press-in ventila⁃tion is adopted and ventilation equipment is arranged in stages to strengthen the effective connection of various construction procedures and reduce the operation time of each procedure.
