当代城乡青年“两头婚”生育模式的选择与危机--法社会学视角的分析

摘　　要：我国传统生育观念以男女双方订立婚姻并组建家庭作为家族理想。苏中地区、关中地区、滇中地区的“两头婚”等小众生育模式虽然满足了当代青年及其原生家庭的特殊需求,但对新生子女的成长、原生家庭的联结以及青年男女的情感产生了不利影响,国家层面应协同推进完善的配套制度,家庭层面应转变传统宗族理念,个人层面应树立理性婚育观念,以此因应潜藏于新兴生育模式背后生育意愿下降和生育率走低的生育危机。The traditional concept of fertility in China takes both men and women to enter into marriage and form a family as a family ideal.Although the joint nuclear families and other niche reproductive models in central Jiangsu,Guanzhong,and Yunnan meet the specific needs of contemporary youth and their families of origin,they are not conducive to the growth of newborn children,the connection of original families,and the emotional generation of young men and women.In order to avoid adverse effects,the national level should coordinate to promote a complete supporting system,the family level should change the traditional clan concept,and the individual level should establish a rational concept of marriage and childbirth,in order to cope with the fertility crisis hidden behind the emerging fertility model.
