摘　　要：抗日战争全面爆发后,整个国际形势发生巨大变化,与此相应的,作为近代中国金融市场执牛耳的汇丰银行,在上海这一特殊场阈,帮助国民政府运作平准基金,以维持中国货币稳定。太平洋战争爆发后,汇丰银行被日军攫夺,自身遭遇毁灭性打击,其对中国货币的稳定作用骤减。文章即以这一时期汇丰银行势力消长及功能转变为中心进行考察,审视金融市场控制权的变动,并对造成这一变动背后的国际国内因素进行一定程度的分析。After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan,the entire international situation has undergone tremendous changes.Correspondingly,HSBC,as the leader in the modern Chinese financial market,helped the National Government operate the stabilization fund in Shanghai at this special threshold to maintain China Currency stability.After the outbreak of the Pacific War,HSBC was seized by the Japanese army and suffered a devastating blow to itself,and its role in stabilizing the Chinese currency plummeted.This article focuses on the growth and decline of HSBC’s power during this period,and the transformation of its functions.It examines the changes in financial market control,and analyzes the international and domestic factors behind this change to a certain extent.
