摘　　要：黄河是中华民族精神的象征:她激流奔腾,一泻千里,象征着中华民族自强不息的生命力和充沛磅礴的创造力;她汇聚万流,裹泥携沙,奔流入海,象征着中华民族海纳百川的包容胸襟和恢宏气度;她九曲连环,矢志向东,象征着中华民族百折不挠、一往无前的进取精神。黄河文化作为中华民族的历史文脉,她生生不息的密码深藏在不断革新的历史实践中。伴随着黄河流域经济社会的发展,我们对黄河文化多重价值的认识不断深化。黄河文化蕴含的丰富旅游价值、经济价值、历史价值、文化价值、精神价值、科学价值、伦理价值、艺术和审美价值、教育价值等等,不断得到认识和挖掘。新时代黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略的实施,将推动黄河流域经济社会进入新的发展阶段,续写黄河文化新的时代精神,黄河文化的保护、开发和利用也将进入新的历史时期,黄河文化所蕴含的丰富价值将得到最充分的实现。The Yellow River is the symbol of the Chinese national spirit.As the historical context of the Chinese nation,the code of the Yellow River culture is hidden in the historical practice of continuous innovation.With the economic and social development of the Yellow River basin,our understanding of the multiple cultural values of the Yellow River has been deepened.The rich tourism value,economic value,historical value,cultural value,spiritual value,scientific value,ethical value,artistic and aesthetic value,educational value and so on contained in the Yellow River culture have been constantly recognized and explored.In the new era,the ecological protection in the Yellow River and the implementation of the strategy of developing high quality,will promote economic and social development in the Yellow River into the new stage of development,which will continue the new zeitgeist of Yellow River culture.The protection,exploitation and utilization of the Yellow River culture will also enter a new historical period and the rich value contained in the Yellow River culture will be fully realized.
