摘　　要：蔡和森作为建党的早期先驱,以其短暂而光辉的一生诠释了共产党员的精神风范,具有鲜明的湖湘文化渊源与精神气质,在大革命的历史场域下形成了“改造世界与中国”、自奉为“极端马克思派”和“明目张胆正式成立中国共产党”的实践理路,展示了蔡和森坚持原则重于私情、党性高于个性、责任胜于安危的品格魅力,为推进新时代共产党员精神风范建设树立了丰碑和典范。CAI Hesen is the early forerunner of the founding of the Party.He interprets the spirit of the Communist party members with his short and glorious life,which has profound cultural soil of Hunan.The way of practice formed in the historical field of the Great Revolution,which included"transform the world and China,"thinking himself being"extreme Marx"and"flagrant formally established the communist party of China",showed the character charm of CaiI Hesen,who insisted on principle over personal love,party spirit over personality and responsibility over safety.It was an important source of the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China and set up a monument and model for promoting the construction of the spiritual style of the Communist party members in the new era.
