摘 要:为探讨高温对银叶树叶片的影响,本试验观测了高温胁迫下银叶树幼苗叶片荧光参数的变化。试验选取苗龄6个月、长势良好的银叶树苗开展研究,设置30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃、50℃五个温度梯度,讨论不同温度处理时银叶树幼苗叶片荧光参数的变化情况。结果显示:30℃、35℃胁迫处理中,OJIP曲线、初始荧光F_(0)、PSII光能转化率Fv/Fm、PSII潜在活性Fm/F_(0)变化不明显;35℃胁迫处理中,最大荧光Fm出现变化;40℃和45℃胁迫处理中,OJIP曲线逐渐发生变化、初始荧光F_(0)变化不明显,最大荧光Fm、PSII光能转化率Fv/Fm、PSII潜在活性Fm/F_(0)在40℃胁迫处理中变化不明显,在45℃胁迫处理中变化较为明显;50℃胁迫处理中,OJIP曲线、初始荧光F_(0)和最大荧光Fm、PSII光能转化率Fv/Fm、PSII潜在活性Fm/F_(0)均出现明显变化。由分析可知:银叶树短时间暴露在高温下时,具有一定的自我修复能力;但若是长期暴露在高温下,会明显破坏光合系统并增加细胞膜透性。因此,应尽量避免银叶树长期暴露于高温环境下。In order to investigate the effect of high temperature on the leaves of silver leaf tree,the changes of fluorescence parameters of silver leaf seedlings under high temperature stress were observed.Silver leaves seedlings with 6 months old and good growth were selected to study.Five temperature gradients of 30℃,35℃,40℃,45℃and 50℃were set to discuss the changes of leaf fluorescence parameters of silver leaf seedlings under different temperature treatments.The results showed that OJIP curve,initial fluorescence(F_(0)),maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)and potential activity of PSII(Fm/F_(0))did not change significantly under 30℃and 35℃,the maximum fluorescence(Fm)changed under 35℃,OJIP curve gradually changed,the initial fluorescence(F_(0))did not change significantly in 40℃and 45℃stress treatment,the maximum fluorescence(Fm),light energy conversion(Fv/Fm)and PSII potential activity(Fm/F_(0))did not change significantly in 40℃stress treatment,but changed significantly in 45℃stress treatment,OJIP curve,initial fluorescence(F_(0))and maximum fluorescence(Fm),light energy conversion(Fv/Fm)and PSII potential activity(Fm/F_(0))all changed significantly under 50℃stress.The analysis showed that silver leaf trees had certain self-healing ability when exposed to high temperature for a short time.However,exposure to high temperature for a long time significantly destroyed the photosynthetic system and increased the permeability of cell membrane.Therefore,long-term exposure of silver leaf trees to high temperature environment should be avoided as far as possible.
