基于形态学指标差异对救护雕鸮野放前的评估

摘　　要：利用湖南省野生动物救护繁殖中心放归的18只雕鸮,测定了其各项形态学指标,并佩戴跟踪器以确定其飞行距离,以此探究各项形态学指标、野放后移动距离与雕鸮身体恢复程度的关系。结果表明:救护雕鸮各项形态学指标及野放后飞行距离与雕鸮身体恢复程度之间无显著关系,仅体重(p=0.179)和跗跖(p=0.238)存在一定的差异。根据卫星追踪器的路径跟踪,发现救护雕鸮多选择有林山地作为其栖息地。综合分析认为形态学指标可以作为救护雕鸮放归前评估的参考,为今后雕鸮以及其他猛禽的救护尤其是康复后的释放工作提供实践指导。The morphological indicators of 18 Bubo bubo released from the Hunan Wildlife Rescue and Reproduction Center were investigated, and the flight distance was determined by a tracker, so as to explore the relationship between physical indicators, the distance after wild release, and the body recovery degree of Bubo bubo . The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the body indexes, the flight distance after wild release, and the degree of body recovery of Bubo bubo . Only the body weight ( p =0.179) and tarsus metatarsal ( p =0.238) had a certain difference. According to the path tracking of the satellite tracker, it was found that the rescued Bubo bubo mostly choose forested mountains as their habitat. Comprehensive analysis showed that morphological data could be used as evaluation for adult Bubo bubo before release, and provide practical guidance for rescue work of Bubo bubo and other raptors in the future, especially release after recovery.
