摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区是我国发展大局中的重要战略区域之一,随着大湾区人口、社会、经济的高速发展,支撑大湾区高质量发展的水资源安全问题引起关注。从大湾区水资源供给侧和需求侧探讨水资源安全现状及存在的突出问题,并进一步分析未来大湾区的水资源供需形势,围绕大湾区水质达标、时空均衡、应急有效等目标提出节水优先、水资源保护、提升备用供水能力、提升流域与区域协同保障能力、推进水资源管理智慧化建设等水资源安全保障应对策略。The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the important strategic areas in China’s overall development. With the rapid development of population and social economy in the Greater Bay Area, the issue of water resources security that supports the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area has attracted attention.This paper discusses the main problems of the current situation of water resources security from the water supply and demand side of the Greater Bay Area, and further analyzes the future water supply and demand situation of the Greater Bay Area. Based on the goals of achieving water quality standards, time and space balance, and effective emergency response in the Greater Bay Area, the proposal of water resources security strategies are put forward such as priority of water conservation, water resources protection and construction of alternate water sources.
