覆盆子酮葡糖苷的功效评价研究

摘　　要：以覆盆子酮葡糖苷为研究对象,对其在化妆品中应用功效进行评价研究。功效检测结果显示,覆盆子酮葡糖苷在0.01 g/mL时对活性氧生成的抑制率为90.5%,对过氧化脂质生成的抑制率为91.2%,5%时对酪氨酸酶抑制率为59.64%,10 mg/mL时进行斑马鱼美白功效实验,美白作用为99%;使用3%覆盆子酮葡糖苷乳液,4周后皮肤颜色提升值(△L*)为1.61,皮肤颜色提升值(△ITA°)为4.20,覆盆子酮葡糖苷表现出很好的抗氧化、美白功效。The efficacy of raspberry ketone glucoside for application in cosmetics was evaluated.A series of efficacy test results showed that,the inhibition rate of 0.01 g/mL raspberry ketone glucoside on the production of reactive oxygen species was 90.5%;the inhibition rate of 0.01 g/mL raspberry ketone glucoside on the production of lipid peroxide was 91.2%;the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity was 59.64%at 5%raspberry ketone glucoside;the whitening effect of 10 mg/mL raspberry ketone glucoside in zebrafish test was 99%;using the lotion containing 3%raspberry ketone glucoside,the skin-color enhancement values,after 4 weeks were(ΔL*)1.61 and(ΔITA°)4.20,respectively.Therefore,raspberry ketone glucoside shows good antioxidant and whitening effects.
