摘　　要：目的:开发冠心病病人二级预防服药依从性问卷,并对其进行信效度检验。方法:以《中国心血管疾病康复/二级预防指南:2015版》药物处方为依据,通过专家函询、预试验构建冠心病病人二级预防服药依从性问卷,选取148例冠心病病人进行问卷信效度检验。结果:本研究开发的冠心病病人二级预防服药依从性问卷包含6个条目,其量表水平的内容效度(S-CVI)和条目水平的内容效度(I-CVI)均为1.00,以Morisky服药依从性量表为标准测定同时效度为0.74(P<0.05)。探索性因子分析结果表明,6个条目因子载荷值均>0.400,共同度均>0.300,累计方差贡献率为60.932%,问卷Cronbach'sα系数为0.83,重测信度为0.87。结论:本研究开发的冠心病病人二级预防服药依从性问卷信效度良好,可用于评价冠心病病人二级预防服药依从性。Objective:To develop a questionnaire on secondary prevention medication adherence questionnaire of patients with coronary heart disease and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The questionnaire on secondary prevention medication adherence questionnaire of patients with coronary heart disease was developed based on drug prescription of"China cardiovascular disease rehabilitation/secondary prevention guidelines(2015 edition)"and through expert letter inquiries and pre-tests.148 patients with coronary heart disease were selected for tested reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results:The questionnaire on secondary prevention medication adherence questionnaire of patients with coronary heart disease developed in this study included 6 items.Its item-level content validity index(I-CVI)and scale-content validity index(S-CVI)were all 1.00.And with 8-Item of the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale as standard,the concurrent validity was 0.74(P<0.05).The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that factor loading values of 6 items were all>0.400,common degree were all>0.300,cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.932%.Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.83,and test-retest reliability was 0.87.Conclusions:The questionnaire on secondary prevention medication adherence questionnaire of patients with coronary heart disease developed in this study has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate secondary prevention medication adherence of patients with coronary heart disease.
