摘 要:针对批量加工过程中可重复出现的系统误差分量,提出一种基于比对仪在线测量数据的加工误差补偿方法。使用比对仪在线获取零件表面点坐标;基于局部多项式回归建立零件确定性误差模型;利用最近点搜索算法建立了误差模型点的指令域映射关系;根据对应关系,提取了零件系统误差分量;面向华中数控系统,基于双码联控技术实现对加工误差的补偿。对蝴蝶件进行实验验证,结果表明,该方法将最大误差数值提升约46.5%,误差均方根数值提升约66.1%,可有效改善零件加工质量。For the repetitive systematic error components in the batch processing,a method of machining error compensation based on the measurement data of the Equator is proposed.The Equator is used to obtain the coordinates of workpiece's points online;the workpiece's deterministic error model is established based on the local polynomial regression,and the nearest point search algorithm is used to establish the instruction domain mapping relationship of the measurement data;and then extract the systematic error component from it.Finally,the systematic error component is compensated based on the double-code control technology for HNC.Validation experiments were carried out on the butterfly parts,and the results showed that the method increased the maximum error value by about 46.5%and the root mean square error by about 66.1%,which can improve the processing quality of the workpiece effectively.
