摘  要:为了提高生产线总效率,提出了LTE的组成以及计算方法,并针对国内某条生产线,使用LTE的计算方法,得出了相关数据,对生产的工艺对设备、物料、质量、工艺等显性和隐性影响进行了展示和诊断,管理层根据得出的结果对生产效率进行合理的分析,从而及时调整生产工艺参数、使得设备以及人员能够充分发挥最佳效能。研究结果表明,根据LTE的计算方法生产线总效率有了改进,最终达到了追求精益生产提高效率的效果,为未来的数字制造智能制造打下了坚实的基础。In order to improve the overall efficiency of the production line.The article puts forward the composition and calculation method of LTE,and uses the calculation method of LTE for a certain domestic production line to obtain relevant data,and has carried out the explicit and implicit influence of the production process on equipment,materials,quality,process,etc.For display and diagnosis,the management team makes a reasonable analysis of the production efficiency based on the results obtained,so as to adjust the production process parameters in time so that the equipment and personnel can give full play to the best performance.According to the calculation method of LTE,the total efficiency of the production line has been improved,and finally achieved the effect of pursuing lean production and improving efficiency,laying a solid foundation for the future of digital manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.
