摘　　要：介绍了一种纵梁自动合梁点焊设备,本设备是商用车U型外梁与U型衬梁点焊的专用设备,可满足无落差和有落差等截面U型内外梁的合梁点焊需求。A kind of automatic assembling and spot welding equipment for U beam has been introduced in the text. It is the special equipment for spot welding of the outer and inner of U beam for commercial vehicles, which can meet the assembling and spot-welding demand of inner and outer constant cross-section Ubeams with or without gap.
