摘　　要：某24000kN、8连杆机械压力机主传动偏心体轴套由于润滑不良,在连续满负荷生产条件下发生2次偏心体轴套磨损抱死的重大停工故障,严重影响了公司的正常生产。本文主要从润滑方式对机械压力机主传动偏心体轴套润滑效果方面进行深入研究。Due to poor lubrication of the main drive eccentric body shaft bushing of the 2400T 8-link mechanical press,under the condition of continuous full-load production,two major equipment failures of the wear and lock of the eccentric body shaft bushing have been occurred,which seriously affects the normal production of the company.The lubrication effect of the main drive eccentric body shaft bushing of the mechanical press has been studied seriously mainly from the lubrication method in the text.
