摘  要:三维扫描及逆向设计技术具有技术先进、精度和效率高等特点,近年来在工业制造领域得到越来越广泛的应用。因此,将三维扫描及逆向设计技术应用于叶轮的设计制造及加工质量检验成为了当前的研究热点。论文通过应用新型Win3D-M扫描系统三维扫描仪及相关设计软件,进行叶轮的逆向设计、曲面重构、及改进等工作,拓宽三维扫描及逆向设计技术的应用范围,为叶轮的研制工作提供参考。应用逆向工程设计叶轮相对传统的理论研究和试验研究,可以缩短设计周期,降低设计成本;所建的三维几何模型为后续叶轮结构研究改进优化和后续CAM加工提供了一定参考。同时该方法可用于大专院校相关专业教学,提高学生的创新设计能力。The 3 D scanning and reverse design technology has the characteristics of advanced technology,high precision and efficiency. In recent years, it has been more and more widely used in the field of industrial manufacturing. Therefore, the application of three-dimensional scanning and reverse design technology to the design, manufacturing and machining quality inspection of impeller has become a current research hotspot.Through the application of the new win3 D-M scanning system three-dimensional scanner and related design software, the reverse design, surface reconstruction and improvement of the impeller have been carried out in the text, which widens the application scope of three-dimensional scanning and reverse design technology, and provides reference for the development of the impeller. By comparing with the traditional theoretical research and experimental research, the application of reverse engineering to design impeller can shorten the design cycle and reduce the design cost;the three-dimensional geometric model provides a certain reference for the subsequent research, improvement and optimization of impeller structure and subsequent cam machining. At the same time, this method can be used in the teaching of related majors in universities to improve students’ innovative design ability.
