大湘西旅游产业集聚与旅游经济效率的动态关联性研究

摘　　要：运用Malmquist指数二次分解模型测算大湘西旅游经济效率,并借助面板自回归模型研究旅游经济效率与旅游产业集聚两者之间的动态关联。结果显示:(1)大湘西区域整体旅游产业集聚程度较高,其中各市州集聚水平为张家界>湘西州>怀化>邵阳>娄底,且旅游集聚程度差异在不断缩小。(2)大湘西旅游技术效率水平较低,规模效率偏高,整个区域的发展主要由规模效应带动,集约度较低,属于粗放型发展模式。(3)大湘西全要素生产率总体呈上扬态势,其中各市州全要素生产率水平为娄底>邵阳>湘西州>张家界>怀化,大湘西区域旅游全要素生产率上升主要得益于技术进步变化率。(4)大湘西旅游产业集聚与旅游产业经济效率具有长期动态关联,且旅游产业集聚对旅游经济效率的促进作用比旅游经济效率对旅游产业集聚的促进作用更大。因此,应提升区域内旅游产业集聚程度,同时推动技术进步,达到大湘西旅游业提质增效的目的。Malmquist index quadratic decomposition model is used to measure tourism economic efficiency in Western Hunan,and panel vector autoregression is employed to study the dynamic correlation between tourism industry cluster and tourism economic efficiency.The results show that:1)The degree of tourism industry cluster is high in western Hunan,and the order of cluster degree is Zhangjiajie、Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture、Huaihua and Shaoyang,but the gap of degree among the cities is shrinking.2)In western of Hunan,The level of tourism technical efficiency is low,however,the scale efficiency is relatively large,so the development of area is mainly driven by the scale effect,and the pattern of regional tourism development is extensive.3)The total factor productivity of tourism in western Hunan is on the rise,the increase of which is mainly due to the change rate of technological progress,and the order of tourism total factor productivity of cities is Loudi,Shaoyang,Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,Zhangjiajie and Huaihua.4)The tourism industry cluster has a long-term dynamic relationship with the tourism economic efficiency in Western Hunan,and the promoting effect of tourism industry cluster on tourism economic efficiency is greater than that of tourism economic efficiency on tourism industry cluster.Therefore,the concentration of tourism industry in the region should be improved,and technological progress should be promoted at the same time,so that the goal of improving quality and efficiency of tourism industry can be achieved in Western Hunan.
