摘　　要：针对DP980门槛内板模成形过程中存在的问题,从零件结构、材料性能、成形工艺、模具结构、现场调试等方面,突破超高强度钢板DP980回弹控制的技术瓶颈,探寻DP980门槛内板成形问题的解决方案,为超高强度钢板DP980在汽车冲压领域的广泛应用提供经验。Aiming at the main problems existing in the forming process of DP980 threshold inner plate, the technical bottleneck of springback control of ultra-high strength steel plate DP980 was broken through from the aspects of product structure, material performance, forming process, die structure, field debugging and so on. The solutions to the forming problems of DP980 threshold inner plate were explored and summarized, which provided field experience for the wide application of ultra-high strength steel plate DP980 in automobile stamping field.
