摘 要:针对田口试验难以掌握主要影响因素相互作用的缺点,采用全因子试验方法研究抑制聚甲醛齿轮缩孔的工艺优化方法。根据因素初筛及实践经验确定试验变量,按随机化和划分区组等要求开展试验,计算标准化效应,确定因子交互作用,优选成型工艺参数并开展成型试验,验证方法的可靠性。研究结果表明增大保压压力、降低熔体温度可以较好地抑制齿轮缩孔缺陷,且保压压力与熔体温度没有显著的交互作用,可以独立设置两2个工艺参数。In view of the shortcomings of Taguchi test that it is difficult to grasp the interaction of the main influencing factors, it used the full factor test method to study the process optimization method to suppress the voids of POM gear. The test variables were firstly determined via the initial screening and practical experience. Then carried out the tests with random grouping so as to calculate the standardization effect and determined the factor interaction. Finally, the moulding process parameters were optimized with the full factor test principle and verified with the moulding experiments. The study showed that increasing the injection hold pressure and lowering the melt temperature could suppress voids better, and there was no significant interaction between the injection hold pressure and the melt temperature, so the two process parameters could be set independently.
