摘 要:分别从宏观和微观角度对金属注射成型零件的黑线缺陷进行对比观察,发现黑线缺陷在注射阶段已经存在;后工序不会对黑线缺陷有所改善,且由于黑线金属颗粒在成型坯中的浓度分布不均匀,经过光线反射的作用不明显,导致缺陷部分失去光泽而发黑,后续通过CAE模拟探究影响黑线缺陷产生的因素,并通过改变参数及浇口结构对成型零件进行模拟优化。The black line defects of metal injection moulding products were observed from the macro and micro perspectives, and it was found that the black line defects already existed in the injection stage. The post process would not improve the black line defect, and the effect of light reflection was not obvious due to the uneven concentration distribution of black line metal particles in the formed blank, resulting in the loss of luster and blackening of the defective part. Subsequently,the factors affecting the occurrence of black line defects were explored through CAE simulation,and the products were simulated and optimized by changing the parameters and gate structure.
