摘　　要：既有居住建筑的节能改造是实现建筑业节能减排的重要环节,本文通过对青岛西海岸新区山海花园小区节能改造工程的施工工艺和方法的研究,探讨适合本地区既有多层居住建筑绿色节能改造的方法和技术措施。The energy-saving reconstruction of the existing residential buildings is an important link to reduce the energy saving and emission reduction of the construction industry.The paper studies the construction process and methods of the energy-saving reconstruction project of Shanhai Garden Community on the west coast of Qingdao,and discusses the green and energy-saving methods and technical measures for the reconstruction of the multi-storey residential buildings in the region.
