摘 要:传统的液体粘度测量方法如旋转法、落球法和毛细管法等需将传感器或装置浸入液体内部实现测量,然而在某些场景下这些方法无法适用,因此发展了一种基于超声横波反射的液体粘度测量方法,建立超声横波在固/液界面的反射模型,利用入射波、反射波的幅值与相位求解声波反射系数,再根据反射系数与液体声阻抗关系得到液体的粘度系数。引入固液声阻抗比值,构建了反射系数幅值与声阻抗比值的关系模型,定量分析了声阻抗比值与测量范围和灵敏度之间的关系,并给出固体匹配材料的选择依据。仿真实验结果表明,针对铝、花岗岩、石墨、PMMA和聚四氟乙烯五种声阻抗不同的固体材料,所提方法能有效筛选出合适的匹配材料,为实际测量提供参考。The traditional liquid viscosity measurement methods such as rotational method, falling ball method and capillary method which achieve measurement by immersing the sensor or device into the liquid. However, these methods are not applicable in some scenarios. As a result, a liquid viscosity measurement method based on ultrasonic shear wave reflection is developed. After the reflection model of ultrasonic shear wave at solid-liquid interface is established, the acoustic reflection coefficient is calculated by using the amplitude and phase of incident wave and reflection wave, and then the viscosity coefficient of liquid is obtained according to the relationship between reflection coefficient and acoustic impedance of liquid. By introducing the solid-liquid acoustic impedance ratio, the relational model between the amplitude of reflection coefficient and the acoustic impedance ratio is established. The relationship between the acoustic impedance ratio and the measurement range and sensitivity is quantitatively analyzed, and the selection basis of solid matching materials is given. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively screen out the suitable matching materials among aluminum, granite, graphite, PMMA and PTFE,which can provide a reference for actual measurement.
