摘 要:从力学性能、硬度和粘接性3个方面分析了温度(100~300℃)对硅酮密封胶性能的影响,并对比了不同配方类型的硅酮密封胶的耐温性能。结果表明:随着温度的升高,拉伸强度先下降、后上升,然后急速下降;伸长率先上升,然后急速下降;硬度在前期温度较低时会有所下降,后期温度较高时会有粉化现象发生。粘接性随着温度的变化,硅酮胶由内聚破坏逐渐转变为界面破坏。不同配方类型的硅酮密封胶中,脱酮肟型硅酮胶要比脱醇型硅酮胶耐更高温度,且使用白炭黑和重钙配方要比单纯使用轻质碳酸钙配方的密封胶耐温性能更佳。The effects of temperature(100~300℃)on silicone sealing gel were analyzed from three aspects of mechanical properties,hardness and adhesion.Contracted the temperature resistance of silicone sealant of different formulations.The experimental results show that as the temperature increases,the tensile strength declines first,then rises,then declines again.The elongation rate increases with the temperature rise and then rapidly decreases.The hardness will decline when the temperature is low,and there will be powder when the temperature is higher.As the temperature changes,silicone sealants are gradually transformed into interface destruction by cohesive damage.Among the silicone sealants of different formulations,the deketoxime silicone sealant shows better performance on temperature resistance compared with dealcoholized silicone rubber,and the formulation of silica and heavy calcium carbonate is better than the formulation of the use of light calcium carbonate.
