摘 要:现代工业生产的工业废水往往含有某些有机危害物等,传统的方法将无法起到有效的作用,且利用微生物进行污水处理的方式也受到很大的局限。针对此类的污水处理问题,以延边化工厂中含酚废水为实验样本,通过控制变量法筛选得到化学处理法的最佳浓度,并对比了传统化学法,生物强化法和复合法3种处理模式对废水中酚类物质的降解效率和处理成本。结论表明,化学法处理污水的1 h后降解率达到78.35%,15 h后仍未完全降解。而生物强化法和复合法在1 h后的降解率达到了88.44%和92.03%,降解率达到100%的时间分别为15 h和9 h。综合考虑污水的处理效率和处理成本,利用传统的化学法与生物强化技术对污水进行复合处理在大幅度提高污水处理效率同时,也降低了成本,这为低浓度工业废水的处理提供一定的参考。The industrial wastewater produced from modern industry often contains certain organic hazards,while the traditional methods will not be effective and the use of microorganisms for wastewater treatment is greatly limited.Based on such wastewater issue,this paper takes the phenol-containing wastewater from Yanbian Chemical Plant as the experimental sample,the optimal concentration of chemical treatment method by controlled variable method,the degradation efficiency and treatment cost of phenols in wastewater by three treatment modes:traditional chemical method,bioaugmentation method and composite method were compared.The conclusion shows that the degradation rate of chemical method for treating wastewater reached 78.35% after 1 hour,and still not completely degraded after 15 hours.In contrast,the degradation rates of bioaugmentation and composite methods reached 88.44% and 92.03% after 1 hour,and the complete degradation time were 15 hours and 9 hours.Considering the efficiency and cost of wastewater treatment,the composite method of wastewater by using traditional chemical method and bioaugmentation technology can substantially improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment and reduce the cost at the same time,which provides a certain reference for the low concentration industrial wastewater treatment provides some reference.
