摘　　要：目的探讨自行研制的一种多功能仪器转运装置在危重症患者院内安全转运的应用效果。方法选取某三级甲等医院重症医学科符合院内转运的316例患者,按照入科先后顺序分为对照组(n=156)和观察组(n=160),观察组采用多功能仪器装运装置转运危重患者,对照组采用常规方式转运危重患者。比较两者发生转运不良事件发生率,并通过问卷调查法探讨该转运装置临床应用效果。结果观察组与设备相关的转运不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组转运中仪器固定安全、病情观察方便、患者舒适方面等3个维度上均高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论多功能仪器转运装置安装简单,能够对仪器设备起保护作用,转运中便于收集监护数据,确保危重患者转运过程的舒适与安全,具有临床应用和推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of a multi-function instrument transfer device in transportation of critically ill patients.Methods A total of 316 patients in the department of intensive medicine of class-A hospitals were divided into control group(n=156)and observation group(n=160)according to the order of admission.The observation group used multifunctional instrument transporting device to transport critical patients,and the control group used routine transportation of critical patients.The incidence of transport adverse events was compared,and the clinical application effect of the transport device was investigated by questionnaire survey.Results The incidence of device-related transport adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The three dimensions of instrument fixation safety,convenient observation and patient comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional instrument transfer device is simple to install and can protect the instrument and equipment.It is convenient to collect monitoring data and ensure the comfort and safety of the transportation process of critical patients.It has clinical application and popularization value.
