磁共振成像重点技术的识别及我国竞争力研究——基于专利视角

摘  要:基于德温特专利数据,通过社会网络分析定量识别出磁共振成像领域的三个重点技术方向:核磁共振图像系统、电动式磁强计、图像增强或修正。接着,通过多维数据综合分析法运用现有技术积累、技术创新活跃度、技术输出能力、PCT申请、高被引专利等五项指标,综合研究我国在三个重点技术方向的表现。结果显示我国在核磁共振图像系统和电动式磁强计两个领域的竞争力较弱,存在被卡脖子的风险,在加强研发扩大技术规模的同时,要重视培育高价值专利,重视专利技术的输出;图像增强或修正领域的竞争力位居第二,可通过实施专利战略持续增强竞争力。Nuclear magnetic resonance imaging system,electric magnetometer,image enhancement or correction were quantitatively identified as three key technical directions in the field of MRI through social network analysis of Derwent patent data.Then,Chinese comprehensive strength in each key technology field was further studied successively with the help of five indicators,namely existing technology accumulation,technological innovation activity,technology output capability,PCT applications,and highly cited patents according to multidimensional data comprehensive analgsis.The results showed that Chinese competitiveness in the two fields of MRI imaging system and electric magnetometer was relatively weak,and there was a risk of getting stuck.It is recommended that while strengthening R&D and expanding the scale of technology,attention should be paid to the cultivation of high-value patents and the output of patented technologies.Chinese competitiveness was second in the field of image enhancement or correction,and it could continue to enhance its competitiveness through the implementation of a patent strategy.
